Local Senior Project Lead
At each REACH site in London we need a local senior with an interest in quality improvement and research to:

Provide supervision for the local resident doctor project team.

Be continually involved in overseeing the project and help to resolve any problems

Support resident doctors with process of liaising with the local clinical governance department or R&D, or the local audit departments and ensure data governance principles are followed

Provide project continuity for your trust

Senior Trust Lead
The role of the local Senior Trust Lead is to oversee the overarching trust involvement with REACH projects. They will:

Promote REACH at a local level

Provide a point of contact for the central committee, and any local REACH members

Identify resident doctors and supporting seniors to conduct REACH projects at your site and encourage resident doctor participation in REACH projects.
