The role of the local consultant trust lead is to oversee the overarching trust involvement with REACH projects.

• Promotes REACH at a local level 

• Provides a point of contact for REACH members at local level and liaise with the central committee if there are any issues

• Identify trainees (and supporting seniors if needed) to conduct REACH projects at your site and generally encourage participation in REACH projects for all trainees 

• Troubleshoot and support local trainees involved in REACH projects

• Ensure local continuity of REACH

• When required, support the process of liaising with the local clinical governance department or R&D, or the local audit departments and ensure data governance principles are followed
