How to Get Involved
There are many ways to get involved with REACH, from participating in local data collection, to central committee member.
We welcome everyone from all levels - all you need is enthusiasm!
Resident Doctors
We welcome all London resident doctors working in Paediatrics to the network, whether locally employed or part of a training programme.

There are four main ways to get involved as a resident:

Help with data entry for Big REACH Projects at your site​

Good for: residents wanting to get a taste of research without a long-term commitment

Coordinate REACH project delivery at your site

Good for: residents ready to step into a local leadership role and learn understand how to deliver a great project

- Design and deliver a multi-site research or quality improvement project
- Good for: residents with a great research question who are ready for the challenge of multi-site working

Support REACH projects and activities across London​

Good for: residents wanting a regional leadership role with time and enthusiasm to spare

Consultants
While we are resident-led, we always need supportive consultants to help deliver our projects.

There are two main ways to get involved as a consultant:

Senior Project Lead/Principal Investigator

Support delivery of a specific project at your site, including liaising with hospital Research and Development teams

Good for: consultants with a particular interest in one of our research questions

Help with recruitment and organisation of Local Leads and Data Collectors across your Trust​

Good for: consultants wanting to support resident research involvement and leadership skill development
