Standard Operating Procedure Pack

Below are listed all the necessary documents to start data collection at your local site, with links leading to viewable Google Drive documents.

Please read and view:

  • “Standard Operating Procedure” - will guide you through the process from start to finish, including which documents you need to use, and when.

  • “Training for data collectors” - videos and slides which are a good place to start for an overview.

  • “Enrollment Script” - an example of how to communicate with parents to enroll them.

Please print copies of:

  • “Participant Identification Table” and

  • “Parent-reported information and Examination - Checklist”

in order to collect some of your data.

Please download and save:

  • “Study Participant Log” and

  • “Exclusion Log”

in a location where your local study team have access to update them when (potential) participants are approached.

Only “Study Team log” will be a live Google document so we can keep a record of resident doctors involved at each site.

We will have provided the printed and laminated “Neomar Scale / ethnicities list” to your Local Lead already - it is important that only this version is used to ensure consistency across all sites.
