The next TREES session is taking place on 5 August, 13:00. The topic is 'The role of research in addressing child health inequalities' by Professor Ian Sinha, Consultant Respiratory Paediatrician at Alder Hey Children’s Hospital and Professor in the Division of Child Health at the University of Liverpool. The Academic Trainees Day is taking place on 6 November. This is a free online event aimed at supporting postgraduate doctors training in paediatrics who have a keen interest in research. Throughout the day, there will be talks and workshops focusing on four core areas: understanding research infrastructure, exploring research methodologies, opportunities for research collaboration and learning how to effectively utilise research tools.
